Leadership Scale: Group 3 School (Salary negotiable for an outstanding candidate)
The Trustees at Rainbow School are looking to appoint a dynamic and experienced school leader as an Executive Head to steer the next phase of the Trust development. The Executive Head responsibilities will include managing key operational aspects of the primary School, consolidating the Trust’s relationship with the communities it serves and the strategic growth of the Trust into a MAT.

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and motivated with a proven track record of effective leadership and management. They will need to be high achieving and self-motivating and capable of playing a major role in further developing teaching and learning within the Trust.
The Executive Headteacher role requires strong people management skills, empathy, excellent inter-personal and communication skills. The successful candidate can expect the full support of our experienced group of Trustees.
